Hangzhou · Ruili Hangmo was founded in 1948, formerly known as Hangzhou Friction Material Company, which is the birthplace of China's first friction material. It was wholly purchased by Ruili Group in 2017. At present, the annual production and sales of friction materials are 30000 tons.

Wuhan · Ruili Cortex was founded in 2015, it is mainly engaged in the research, develop hydraulic ABS, ESC and other electronic products and play the leading role in China, and was wholly purchased by Ruili Group in 2018.

Shanghai · Ruili TIde  inherits the aircraft sensor and Hami wave radar technology of AVIC 615 Institute, and focuses on the research and development of automotive sensor products. In 2018, it was wholly purchased by Ruili Group.

Shanghai · Ruili Huhao was founded in 2002, which is a joint venture of SAIC and Ruili group. it focuses on the development of FRP products.

Wenzhou · Ruili Binhai plant, formerly known as Ruili Group Auto Brake Electronic Technology Branch, now it is  the research and development and manufacturing base of retarder, ESC hydraulic actuator and other products.

Yangzhou·Ruili Shengsaisi was founded in 2000, and specialized in precision die casting and machining. It was wholly purchased by Ruili Group in 2018, and has become a partner of Mercedes Benz, Ford and other world-famous automobile companies.

Ningbo · Ruili Machinery Co., Ltd Founded in 2017, Ningbo Ruili Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-precision die-casting mold manufacturing center built by Ruili group in Beilun, Ningbo.

Ruian · RuiliHai'an plant, established in 2017, is a subsidiary of Ruili group, which is mainly engaged in the R & D and manufacturing of adjusting arm and disc brake.
